trechnically yes but the ocean levels vary for other reasons and removing all life from the oceans would not cause the level to drop. In a perfect basin of water yes it would, but the value is immeasurable.

um - yeah. The creatures displace some volume of water directly related to their physical volume. If you remove their volume, the water will fill the void, but there is only so much water - so the level WOULD drop.

It WOULD drop - but not noticeably to the human eye...
