Continue to refine your behaviors, increase your knowledge, and improve your skills. This is what attracts people and makes you the best you can be. THAT's COOL.
How many drug using, uneducated, stupid or even violent people are cool? NONE. They seem that way when you're young and learning the ways of the world, but as you do, they get left behind pretty quickly.
Follow your passion, whith your whole being. Following others like sheep isn't cool. Usually it just leads to the slaughterhouse.

The main point of being "Cool" is to not care about what other people think. Just keep saying, "I don't give damn," and then help others when they're in trouble and just say "I was nothing, just got bored."
Then you're cool.

always smile and be happy with yourself. make others feel the same way. be a good, loyal friend. make friends with everyone. just don't get up with their problems and you start drinking and drugging up like they are. drugs and alcohol are bad. oh and keep a positive attitude and always expect the best in everyone.
