This is the place to go to if you want to find a lot of fics fast. However, this site doesn't have any NC-17 stories. The highest rating is 'M' which is kind of but not really equal to the "Rated R" rating.
For something a little more racy head on over to:

They have the stories seperated by pairing so it will be easy to navigate. They also have a search option that will let you find more specific stories that you may like.

Fanfiction.net (http://www.fanfiction.net) is your best bet. It has 289,106 HP fanfics. Once you get to the HP section just make your genre choice romance and your character choices Harry and Hermione. There's 286 pages to look at with 25 stories on each page. That should keep you happy for a while.
