You get put into a claustrophic wooden box (Which doesn't even have central heating!), all dolled up to look pretty so your hobo relations can celebrate how you are going to heaven even if you were doing time for life under a murder charge and give you all a hypocritical sermon about how great you were, how your going to heaven and how they all miss you dearly when really, nobody cares.

Depends on what your state of mind is at the moment you leave your body. For most people when they die the conscious mind dies with them. what is left is the subconscious that has no ability to think or reason. Clear, loving thinking leads to a pleasant afterlife. Fear, greed, hate, etc., negative passions lead to the fires of hell, passion = fiery nature. Those fires burn hotter and hotter and you have no way of reasoning yourself out of them. A few men in history, Jesus, Dyonious, Osiris, etc. were able to wed their conscious and subconscious and think and reason after they left their bodies. This is why it is said Jesus descended into hell before he ascended into heaven. he had some residual negative thoughts he was able to reason through.
Achieving this union of mind, sacred wedding, is what spirituality is about. As opposed to religion that only looks at the superficial.

When I die, i'm going to used for medical science and then made into a skeleton for educational use in Sheffield University.

People who never liked you pretend to be sad and say what a great person you were...
Your money is given out to people less the amount the greedy government take....
And you just become a stat.......someone who once walked this earth.
I guess we all one day will be able to answer this question...just hopefully not for a while to come yet...

Other people get your stuff, and your body is disposed of.
Your friends and family maybe be sad, or if you were a bas**rd. They will say good riddance.
Religious people believe when your body dies your spirit or soul lives on, in some place or another.
You'll live on for a while in peoples memories.

Greedy people like the inland revenue, banks and some relations fight tooth and nail to ensure that theres no dosh left for your loved ones. And other than your loved ones, most people quickly forget you ever existed.

Absolutely nothing. Oblivion. It will be just like it was before you were born. You cease to exist. I'm not sure why anyone would expect anything else to happen.

they usually hold a funeral service...cremate you or bury you...put up a head stone..cry a little and then move on in life... spending all the money that you have left them if you have any...thanks for asking and good luck
