hey folks, I have a 99 Honda Passport and feel like the shocks/strutts need to be replaced. Anybody have an idea on how much that will cost? I haven't had the vehicle long, but by suspicion is that those need to be replaced because it rides rougher than I feel like it should. I don't, however, want to pay more than I need to. Any thoughts are appreciated.

On a Passport I believe you have shocks all-around. These are straightforward to replace. Labor should be an hour or less per axle and the shocks go for $40-$60 each depending on quality and brand.

it will more then likely cost you a 1000 dollars to do. 6 years ago I had that done to a car and it ran 800 at the time. I would just drive the car the way it is as I bet you will change cars long before you will get your moneys worth out of spending that kind of money.
