Are the plants hydrangeas? If the answer is yes, iron turns the flowers blue and copper turns the flowers pink.
It is also possible with cut flowers to be colored - but not on the plant. Once the flower is cut you can add food color to the water it is in and modify the color of the flower. Florists do this with daisies and carnations.

It depends on the type of flower you have. Some respond to the level of acidity in the soil and can have varied color blooms. A neighbor had a bush whose blooms were anywhere from pink to blue to purple, depending on how the soil was in the area. Most flowers won't change color. However, if you pick the flowers and put food coloring in their water, you can make the veins (and sometimes the flowers) different colors.

You can try diying them. Im not sure if it too late for this process to work. it should work for any buds that have not yet developed. if you watered them with water that has been colored with food coloring. Everytime this would have to be done and it takes a lot of coloring. The color goes up through the roots of the plants with the water and colors everything. THis works best for flowers that are lighter in color to begin with. Hope this helps. Good luck.

It's actually called grafting. It's where you take a slice from one plant and attach it to another. I've seen it in books but I have not done it. My tree in my front yard must have been grafted. 90% of the flowers in the spring are white but about 10% are pink. Go figure.

Yep. Look at this site: http://www.usna.usda.gov/Research/flowercolor.html which tells how. It's about the acidity of the soil, and even the acidity of the flower's cells.
Happy Gardening!

I don't think there is unless it is a hydrangea. Aluminium sulphates make them bluer.
