I think you'll find that no one has. There has never been a case with supporting evidence to date.

Several times in my life that I can now somewhat or vaguely recall. Maybe these were only false implanted memories as some people have suggested. I haven't been able to find any corroborating evidence of any sitings in these areas so it must have been faked or covered up somehow. I am guessing this is just one reason why I am on disability and medications to make it even harder to recall. (drooling on keyboard)

yah i did actually...at first i thought it was some kind of animal, but it looked sooo odd... it was tiny and had no fur and an oddshaped head... so i realized it was no animal...
and it kept saying something over and over... it sounded like "eee-teee fon hom"... it freaked me out, so i shot it in the head, and then his finger started lighting up... so i cut it off and sold it to a pornshop.. made some good money off it.
