looks like someones been ******* with your machine. that is most definately a virus/worm or an exploit that has allowed them to tinker with your machine. what does the message look like? is it a grey dialog box with a sign in it?
go through the usual processes of scanning for viruses and worms, as well as spyware USING AN UP-TO-DATE SCANNER.
if it's still keeps going after you're pretty certain you've done all you can to clean you're machine, reformat and don't take chances with thinking 'i might be safe now'.

hello, try a 1.systemrestore to a point before this appeared.
start>program>acessories-->systemtools--systemrestore.
2. then: controlpanel system and systemrestore inactivate it and reactivate it.
3. do a full virusscan here is a free good antivirusprogram
