I've never seen Blade Runner before. But I heard that the original cut was the best. Do you know if it's ever been released on DVD? If so, where is it? Thanks!

It is very difficult to find the original cut 'Blade Runner'. The only one available in the market is the director's cut. You can probably still find it on the used market. I personally prefer the director's cut because it does not have the happy go lucky ending but find myself missing the narration.
UPDATE: Found it... (little pricey but it is the original theatrical cut)

The original version is also known as the Criterion Cut.

it has been released ... it's an excellant movie. Daryl Hannah, Rutger Hauer and Harrison Ford were wonderful

I've actually never been able to make it through that movie. I know I'm a disgrace to my fellow nerds by admitting that, but oh well.
