On the right side? If it's just under your ribs on the right, it could be gall bladder problems. If this came on suddenly, but you've been having some general aches there before, it could be what's called a "gall bladder attack". If the whites of your eyes start getting yellow, or you throw up, you may need to go to an ER.
However, this could be a LOT of different things. I've had a rib 'out of place' that makes it hurt to breath, like that.

It can be a number of thing. I would definately go to a doctor, but if you are skinny like I am, ive had te same thing. In skinny people it is caused by not enough fat. When fat is missing from the upper torso area muscle do not have anymore cussion. When you try to breathe or move, the muscles strech on each other, and it hurts. It thats the case, there isnt a problem, just eat some more fat everyday. :)

Low iron makes center paintings tougher considering that it demands extra blood to pump considering that there's much less oxygen within the blood. It can reason bradycardia and in case you have any coronary artery sickness it could reason angina or a pointy ache to your chest. Since I do not understand how lengthy or extreme your anemia is I could recommend you name your MD. Good good fortune to you & believe higher.

Lots of medical underlying problems. One you might have angina. Second, heartburn. And the third, go to the doctor!
