The worst job in the world is whichever job you are least suited for and that makes you the most unhappy. Some people would rather shovel manure than teach kindergarten and vice versa. If you put me in a routine job it's just a question of whether me or the routine will break down first. I'd rather have a root canal than spend all day filing papers. Of course, the best job can become the worst job if your boss is an abusive jerk.

Any job where the boss treats the employees like they're worthless.
The particular boss I have in mind was an equal opportunity jerk. It didn't matter if the employee had been there from the start (20 years) or if they'd been there for 2 weeks. Everyone was treated like they were 15 years old working their first job at McDonald's.

A job that pays only the minimum wage of $5.15 an hour. Can't get worse than that when it comes to working for peanuts.

picking fly poop out of sugar bowls, long hours , not enough pay, hard on the fingers and back and eyes , thats the worst job there is , i think

Road kill remover...... I live down South, where the ladies are Southern Belles, and the tea is sweet and over ice...........but we sure as heck have a bunch of roadkill critters. There really are crews that go around and remove the "remains"...you can even call and request they visit your road or particular area!
