well she either doesn't believe you cos she doesn't want to beileve you cos she cares about you but doesn't feel the same way, or she feels the same way but possibly thinks you're aware of how she feels and are taking the piss out of her and doesn't want to drop her guard. I'd say the best thing to do is investigate, tell one of her best (girl) mates who would know and that you and her both trust, put both of the possiblities to her and find out the truth. Then based on that decide what you want to happen. If she's a nice person she will still be friends with you if she doesn' feel the same, but you may drift a apart as she could feel guilty whenever she's with you. But, if you can't bare to hear her talk about other men then maybe you might have to cut her off anyway. If she does feel the same I would say it's imperitive you get the point across or you might regret it forever.
I personally think that if you weren't scared of the outcome you would be able to tell her in a way that would make her know you aren't joking, so once you have all the facts and know what you're up against you will know exactly what to do.

find out from one of her friends or one of her relatives what she really likes and do it for her or buy it for her...
i tell u that proved it for me with my husband before we got married...and what made me love him more is the fact that he went through the trouble in asking around to my friends and family what to get for me.
She will definitely know u love her truely.

Tell her that you need to talk to her about it and after you have stated your feelings and she starts to say something...just lean in a kiss her...not some little peck, give her a kiss full of passion...one that will leave her breathless.

do something out of the ordinary, something that will get her attention and show that you will do just about anything for her (not anything.. but something pretty extreme).. do something creative
