Now I have seen some Men that have really big heads and I think that they weigh more then a gal. of milk. But I would say that the average head is not as heavy as a gal. of milk.

to know the answer, just cut a head of a human and put a tape in the cutted edge for to aviod droping of waters and bloods inside of it and then weigh it in a weighing scales as well a the gallon of milk and compare which has more weight.
