Yes, a friend did 8 years ago. He left everything in order financially for his wife and children. It was very well-planned and methodical, yet so tragic. He was suffering from depression. I miss him. It still hurts to know he was that broken inside.

Like 3-4 people, I talked one out of it over the phone and had to drive one to the ER.
