I like Janice and the name Jane is okay but I have always loved the name Janice it sounds so sweet and if she wants a nickname you could call her Jan!

Out of those three, Janice, is the least common! So I'd go with Janice, also, that's my name, so I'm prejudiced! But Janet, is so-so. Jane is overdone. I'd maybe go with derivatives, like Janelle, or Jayne or Jaine or Jaylyn or Janeen or Jann! Good luck!
