It is not normal for you leg to get weak after only 15 minutes. Check with a personal trainer at the gym as he can probably help you. You may need to take in more protein, - if you are eating a log ot veggies and not taking in enough protein your muscles may not be able to repair themselves after the work outs. When you work out you are tearing and stretching muscle fiber. You body needs protein intake in order to provide the repairs. This will result in muscle weakness instead of muscle strengthening. Make sure you are getting at least 100 grams of protein a day if you are working out. Less protein for days you do not work out. Also, carbs are the fuel to which you body needs to run at high RPM's make sure you get somewhere in the neighborhood of 450 grams a day if you are working out. Also, 78 grams of good fats. There are also supplements you can take to help in these muscle repairs. Yes, it is more then likely what you are eating or not eating. If things do not improve you may want to see your doctor. I work out regularly, watch my diet and I get a blood test every six months.

This is a normal occurance because of the build-up of lactic acid in the muscles that cause craps and makes it stiff. Also when you have exerted too much force. The best way to prevent this is to hydrate yourself. Drink plenty of water.
Also before you go and do your regular routine try and have a light breakfast like a banana or cereal.
Don't forget to warm-up as well and do some stretching.

Let me understand, are you working your legs daily? If so, don't.. If your legs get weak regardless of what exercises your doing, maybe your not getting enough calories in and your working out much to hard. I work out daily, 5 days a week.. Sometimes extra cardio on the 6th day.. I watch my diet and mix up my training.. chest/biceps one day, legs the next, back/triceps and then shoulders. I try to get in 30 minutes of cardio 6 days a week.. I've been doing this or something similar for almost 30 years.. Good luck..

It's normal build up of acid in the muscles. I'm in great shape I stopped riding my bike to the tennis courts because once I got there, my legs were shot from the ride.
