I hear some women dont even have them? my fiance ranges between 6 - 10. is this normal or should i step my game up a little bit?

Hold on a minute here! Why does anyone think she is lying? 6 to 10 is nothing for me, if we're going for a couple of hours or so. I've even squeezed in 3 in an under-10-minute quickie on many occasions. And I have multiples too.
Why is it that those of us who are easily orgasmic always seem to be branded liars - or even whores, by our so-called "friends" who must be jealous or something? It's not my damn fault I was born this way.
Sorry for the rant. 6 to 10 is fine, if she's happy, don't worry about it.

dude i know how that goes, my fiance' is the same way, she is at the edge of passing out by the time we are complete, not saying that i am the one doing all the work here cause she can do the moves on her own while i just lay, that tells you she is not faking. and besides its no way in hell we could not tell if a women was faking, that's so bullshit, so why would they try to fake 6 to 10 times that would be rather stupid on there part, there has been sexual in counters where she never orgasmed and that was fine by me as well cause it may have been she just wasn't into it are some other reason, she didn't fake anything, my god some guys must be a fool not to be able to tell if there women is faking are not, even if i come before that last orgasm of hers and she doesn't get the full effect she will let me know, not just go on faking like an idiot

Ignore the jerks who say that only the man's orgasm is important. Rubbish!
Some women don't have them but it's an open question if it's because they are incapable of having them or if it's because they and their partner haven't figured out how to have them. I believe that the vast majority of women are capable of having them.
However, many (perhaps even most) women will never experience them through intercourse, only through clitoral stimulation (finger or tongue).
Six to ten is not abnormal and you shouldn't listen to the people who have commented that she must be faking it. Why would you bother? I have never faked an orgasm in my life (in fact, I'd be more likely to fake NOT having one so that they would keep going and give me another one). Multiple orgasms are nature's gift to women to make up for the fact that they don't come as easily to us as they do to men.
I feel short-changed if I don't have at least three as I'm still quite excited and I know my body is ready for another one. Five is utter contentment and I try to finish with a big one. Any more than that and it can get a bit sore - and also it all takes a while and is hard work for my partner so I don't like to be greedy.
The bottom line is that it's going to vary woman to woman but if your partner is capable of multiple orgasms, then one is definitely not enough.

She's a spitter! Maybe she can do it but I bet afterwards she's in pain. I can give her 4 maybe 5 but 6-10 I'm starting to find that hard to believe. Even porn stars have to take a break, and we all know they fake orgasms all the time.
One sex encounter, naw.
Maybe you need to step your game up because she may be faking. All women have to do is contract their vagina and to you men it feels like a orgasm, I know I used to do that to some partners of mines.

depends on the woman. Are you talking about 6 to 10 orgasms per sexual encounter? I'd say that's pretty damn good, but then, some women require less and some more.

It is the rare women who is multi-orgasmic, but if you believe what she tells you then good for you.
Orgasms can be clitoral or deeper inside at the G-spot, some women never have G-spot orgasms some have them frequently. My guess is either your fiancee has a very large and or sensitive clitoris or you hit her G-spot often, either way keep up the good work.
