a woman wrote a letter to tony blair saying that there should be no VAT on tampons...he wrote back saying he cant take the VAT off because there not essential items!! hows that? lol x

Umm whats VAT? I think a friend over in the UK said it was for tax??? Well if it is then that's ridiculous. Of course tampons are essential items.
