Use the following equation:

an = a1 x r ^ n - 1

here, n is 7

so a7 = 27 x (1/3) ^ ( 7 - 1)
= 27 x ( 1/3 ) ^ 6
= 27 x 1/729
= 1/27

Hope it helps.
