Can anyone help me to answer these questions, I'm not the best when it comes to interviewing and I'm extremely shy. I don't think I'm good with words. HELP? (See below)

Describe a situation where you found yourself dealing with someone who didn't like you. How did you handle it?



Describe a time when you were faced with problems or stresses at work that tested your coping skills. What did you do?



Have you ever had problems with a supervisor or a coworker? Describe the situation for me. How did you resolve the conflict?


Describe some times when you were not very satisfied or pleased with your own performance. What did you do about it?

Here is how I would answer your questions.... If you have to make up a senerio and then do your own.... Good luck...


1. Treat people as though I like to be treated, even if they like me or not.

2. Took a deep breath and then took one issue/problem at a time.

3. Everyone has conflict at one point in time... I think talking about the issue in a rational manner backing it up with logical evidence.

4. I think that on the days that I don't give 100% of the job, I took a short breathing (10 min break) or lunch break and then went back and tackled it again with a better attitude.

We can't possible answer the questions for you because the questions are targeted at your own experiences, not ours. We don't know what you've been through in your lifetime as far as difficult situations or difficult ppl, so how can we possibly provide an answer for you?
