There is no way you "should" behave. Our mood will change so fast, that one minute we want you to cuddle with us, then five minutes later, we might want you to go away.
The best thing to do would be to just read the signs, and do what we want you to do, at that specific time. If I want to cuddle, I will come cuddle with you and I expect you to cuddle back, and not say "I'm watching the game". After cuddling, if I decide that you are annoying me (even though you may not know it), and I get up to walk away, let me go. When I feel like being bothered again, I will come to you.
If I don't feel like doing laundry or cooking, let me be. You do it. Don't fuss about it, just do it.
The number 1 thing is to not take things personal during that time. We have a million emotions running through us, and sometimes we may do or say things that we normally wouldn't, and sometimes we hurt peoples feelings, or piss people off when we do. Please just try to understand what we are going through, and don't take these things personal.
Bascially, you have to read the woman, and see what her needs are at THAT SPECIFIC MOMENT, and understand that her needs will change throughout the day. Don't get frustrated with us. If you love us 3 weeks out of the month, then you must love us that one week that we are not our normal selves.

Well the one thing that I suggest is don't say any of the following:
She's on the rag
She's ragging
She's Getting a Visit from Aunt Flo
or anything to that effect. Grrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrrr!! It makes women SO mad! Because it's not like we enjoy this, we hate it!
Also- sometimes we want to be cuddly. Sometimes we just want you to go away and F off. It really depends. Our hormones are everywhere and sometimes we don't know what we want.
The best thing is to ask in a polite way what you can do to help. Back massages and belly rubs are always welcome! Other than that, just give us some time and we will be fine.

Oh David!!!
Whether you be sensitive and cuddly or your normal eggotistical selves as many of you men are, there is nothing you can do RIGHT when it comes to that time of the month for us. Our hormones are constantly jumping from one to a thousand and at these specific times we ourselves don't know what we want! We are at our horniest, but don't press too hard on the breasts cause they're kinda sensitive. So my suggestion to you is:
Smile, agree, don't expect anything, offer to make supper or a cup of coffee, and repeat that you love her unconditionally as many times as it could fit into the conversation.
If that doesn't work.............. DRINK!!!!
Good Luck

Usually men cant do anything right during that time of the month. We dont mean to be so mean and bitchy but the bloating and all that isnt fun. Usually what my hubby would do was get me a heating pad for the cramping. Thankfully I had a hysterectomy and dont have to worry about PMS or any of that anymore

Sensitive is a good idea, we will give you clues, but they may not be too easy to read! (sorry just the way we are lol)
The best thing my DH did was know my cycle so he was prepared for the mood swings and other things so he knew it wasn't him making me cranky and would just "be there" and it made me feel like he really cared about me to know ALL about me.

David, it is sad, but we really don't know. It is different for every woman, and sometimes different for the same woman in the same day, or even the same hour.
You should just be flexible, try not to hold it against us and love us anyway. We will get back to normal in a few days, hopefully ;)

all i want at that time is understanding- be nice. dont act as tho i personally asked my p's to interfere with your sex life and dont ask me why they are still on after a few days. lots of chocolate and a gentle rub on my belly also helps.
