Having Hep A injection today
Will it hurt ? I'm soo nervous as i hate needles

I have to get one too but I forget about the needles and just think of something nice. Do not ask them if it will hurt because they will describe it all and you will feel even more nervous. Yes it does hurt a little it stings a little when the needle goes it but when they take the needle out it feels fine and not very many side effects. I hate needles too but I know that getting the shot is a lot better than getting Hep A.

I don't really like needles, but they are not that bad! If you get a good doctor/nurse to do it then it will only hurt for a few seconds.
Try looking away, that's what I do! And it makes it less painful. I hope this helps!

I do too, it will only hurt a little for about 3 or four seconds
still hate needles though

I'm not a big fan of them either....
Yes, it'll sting a little but it's over quick and the benefit you'll get from the vaccination far outweighs the little bit of discomfort you'll feel from the shot. Just focus on something else when you're getting your injection.

it really only hurts for a second. it kinda stings for a second, when the needle goes into your skin, and after its done it may burn but that doesnt hurt.

Only for a little while. Look away while you get the shot, breathe in and out slowly, and try to relax. All the best to you.

It only hurts if you believe it will hut...Take some deep breaths, and tell yourself that it's just a dream...I'm not getting an injection...Breathe deeply now....

I had that last yet it hurts less than a bee sting and for less time.. i didnrt mind much

well i had to get 8 in my gums and it hurts when it peirces through you but then its over and then all that is left is the adrenaline.
