No, you should let him die over there ....
Just look at this sdcenario. I was somewhere in at my place, I saw my neighbour fell down his steps. He is shouting help me, crying with pain.
Now what I do now: I go into my room, switch on my PC, wait for Windows to load, connect to internet, loggin to yahoo answers, mistyped my password, then retype it again, wait 4 it to log-in, Ask a silly question on Yahoo answers, wait 20 mins to get the answer, and then decide to help my neighbour. When I reached there, he already died!!
Y r u wasting your points with silly questions like that!

No. Let him lie there in excruciating pain not being
able to move then perhaps it will get cold and he'll
get hypothermia!!!
OF COURSE you should help him. Go On NOW. Get
off your BUTT and be a good neighbour!! Do your good
deed for the day. It won't hurt - honest.
