I don't see why it would be illegal. Once given to you, they are your property...do with them what you will.

depends on if its digital....they have expressed instructions on that.....tangible merchandise is just like any other possession you own and sell on ebay. Its not too ethical but not illegal for most instances...I think you will now once you have crossed the line.
