I assume by "country" you mean the official govenment of the country. My answer is therefore, Sudan. They're murdering their people by the hundreds of thousands.

Ohhhhhh.....
Where do i start.....
Iran they threaten the world.
N. Korea (but i pity those poor people)
Russia (Dont trust em for a minute with Putin.) but they have done alot of good for the world. Remove putin and i will be fine with them.
Syria, infested by terrorists.
France because they are very ungrateful for us saving their ***es in WW2 and such. (Dont hate them because they dont help us in iraq by the way just their snooty attitude most of them seem to have.)
Venezula Dont like Chavez. (pity those poor people.)
Cuba dont like Fidel. (pity those poor people)

I hate FRANCE. First of all because its Muslim. Secondly, its peopled by cowards!!! Third, they can't speak English very well. Fourth, they take baths only 2x a month. Plus, they eat frogs, snails, and fungi!! Eyeewwwwwww!!!
