She would not lose her child benefit or her flat.
If the man had a job then jointly you'd make aclaim for working tax credits, and if you were below a certain threshold you'd still be able to claim housing benefit.
She would be no worse off, and quite possibly a bit better off.

It makes no difference if you're the father or not.
As far as I know if neither of you is working you should still get some type of benefit. If you are working you can apply for tax credit and if your on a low income you could get help with housing benefit and council tax benefit.
She won't lose your child benefit, everyone with a child is intitled to that and if you moves in with her she won't lose the flat - as long as you pay the rent!
If you are working she should be able to get CSA for her child from the father (if the CSA can get money from him) and you might bother be better off.

If you are living as a couple you will have to claim benefit's for you, her and the child, (income support, child tax credit, child benefit, housing benefit and council tax benefit). If you are working you can claim working tax credits for the family and you may also be in-titled to part housing benefit and part council tax benefit but either way get down the job centre and declare the lot as they are very strict on the laws. hope this is helpful

If you get married she will be reassessed. She won't lose the house, but if you move in and you are working then you and her will have to begin paying the rent. However you may get help towards the rent if you are on a low income. Depending on how much you earn (if you work) her income support will be reduced. I am not sure about child benefit though.

She would not lose child benefit as this is for the child but working tax credits and child tax credits are worked out on the household income. the more your income is the less you get.

yes, as long as she marry to a man who is not on benefit himself. because the benefit offers to count on family income not individual's
this is partly the reason why some couple stay together for long years but still parterners not married

If you get married you will then be treated as a family and anything she was claiming beforehand as a single mum would have to be assessed.

depends on how much the man is earning. she wont lose the flat, but she will not get as much benefit money.
