Don't you love those registry cleaners that try to sell themselves to you by reporting hundreds of errors....
Go to http://download.com and get ccleaner. It is a free program which not only cleans the registry, but temp files, and lots of other things that will keep your PC running well. Excellent program.

ccleaner fro http://www.ccleaner.com
Wise Registry Cleaner from http://www.wisecleaner.com
delete the green entries.
Now also after so much cleaning the other program will detect 544 errors and force you to buy the program to clean your computer. !
