Doesn't anybody choose a Chief Executive based on their perceived capability to run the Executive Branch?

The candidate best qualified to run the Executive Branch Departments. You know, the ones to which secretaries are appointed.

America elects celebrities instead of great managers.

I like to know that the president I choose does not have a trail of death in their past, like Hillary Clinton. I like to know that he's actually accomplished something, instead of how he looks in the mirror, like Osama. I also like to know that he's not a lying scumbag, like Bush.

All in all, I wish the president served w/o pay! I'd just like to see someone up there he did not have his/her own interests in mind!
