I got a usb wireless adapter for wireless internet and it is compatible with my pc , just that i get a low signal all the time or i loose a mediocre signal. Whats the best thing to do in this case?

If you are using a linksys there's a tool that might help you. How far away from the access point are you? If you are a ways away most access points offer a signal booster that you can purchase seperately. hope this helps

How far are you from the router putting out the signal? Most common cause of a low signal is either distance, or something (such as wiring or pipes) in between that is killing the wireless radio signal.
