For the Tory in you, move to Harwood but be warned;outsiders are not welcome!.
For the Labour in you, move to Halliwell; though be warned; forget Friday Prayers at your peril!.
For a Liberal view, come to Tonge Fold; but be warned; its always your round!!!.
Bolton is rated as the most welcoming place in the country. People are always willing to show you round or give directions. People are warm, friendly and tolerant-but don't cross us!!!.

Hi is it actual Bolton you want to live in or on the outskirts? Horwich is really nice and only 15 mins drive from Bolton town centre. It has lovely walks in Rivington, and is close to middlebrook retail park. In Bolton, Breightmet is quite nice and about 5 mins drive from the town centre. Be warned though, if you choose to live near the town centre there are MANY asians living there!

Suggest you call local agents but I know the area around Four Lane Ends is a better area than some in the centre and Noth of Bolton.

Martyn thats not very nice uve obviously never been to Bolton, as although it has its bad points its a nice place to be and I miss it. I would suggest the Lostock/ Ladybridge area (near Horwich), coz its quite and green and very easy to get into the town centre bout 5/10 mins bus ridea. Most places are alright though. Good Luck with everything.

I used to live in Bradley Fold area of Bolton, it is nice there but there are many parts of Bolton I wouldn't live in. If you are willing to give me your email address, I will email you regarding places you may be considering. I have always lived in and around Bolton all my life.
