Stop being so beautiful. They're jealous.

If you're only talking to the guys and not the ladies the girls will assume you're flirting, whether you are or not. The best advice I can give is to be yourself and treat others how you would want to be treated. Try to engage them in conversations or work projects. Don't get sucked into drama, that a million times worse than simply being ignored.
Chin up!

They are jealous. In an office setting there are always dynamics that you can't know about as a new person. Everyone has history with eachother and you are talking to all these guys that these girls have probably wanted to talk to forever and never had the guts. Who knows. Just keep your integrity, keep being friendly and you will figure out who is worth being friends with and who isn't.

why not ask them to go out one night... weather it be for dinner... a movie... shopping... or for a few drinks. Try to find something in common with them. Complement them. Be sincere. Soon enough they will see that you are not there to flirt... or make enemys.

I have been in the same situation before. It can work. Make sure that you joke with them as much as you do the guys. As the first guy said, they are jealous of you. They wish they could be that open. If worse comes to worse have a talk with your boss. Tell them that it is not a friendly work environment. It may even be considered Harrasment.

Ooh, I feel you on that one. It can be very hard to ignore. And kinda hurtful after a while.
The best advice I can give you is to first off, maintain your friendships with the guys, no reason not to. And slowly start to invite a girl or two out to lunch or something small like that to include them in stuff.
They may just be on your *** because you are new, and everybody new is under scrutiny. Or they're jealous or your relationship with the guys.
Good luck to you!

Don't stress it too much - this happens in most companies - they just need to get used to you that's all. The new comer almost always gets a bit of beating in the beginning - It will cool down - just hang in there! Good Luck! :)

Just keep your head up. Who cares about those girls, they don't sign your paycheck. Women are that way when a new person comes into the picture. They will get over it. Work eight hours, draw your check and go home. Don't worry about them.

Yes, I always had lots of men friends too! Just try to be friendly with the girls, they may feel threatened by you! Talk to them and then listen to them and get to know them and if they can't accept you for who you are , ignore them!

Always in these situations just be yourself and have an air of confidence about you. They will respect that. You can't make people like you by sucking up to them.
