This is for emergency purposes only! Drinking is bad, m'kay, you shouldn't drink. If NOW AND THEN you have a wee too much here is the fastest hangover cure:

Intense workout for 15-30 minutes and a bottle of Pedi-lyte.

This will get rid of the bad drunk toxins and replace them with endorphins and electrolytes. This will get rid of a hangover. It stinks but it works.
Plus, where you hit MickyD's for the greasy burger your tummy needs to coat the over acidic lining you burned up, you won't feel so bad.

Hangover? Peanut butter milkshake!! Put a tub of peanut butter in a blender, add a half pint of milk, one spoon of sugar, one spoon of salt, a raw egg, and half a bottle of gin or vodka, plus ice. Down the lot and within 5 minutes you will be feeling like superman and ready to roll again.

heres my trick to NOT getting a hangover. i eat something before i go to bed and i know what my limit is on alcohol.
know your limit and use that as a guide line as too how often to refresh your drink throughout the evening.
also orange juice with sugar the next morning helps (i heard)

Eat a Banana in the morning, Eat a tsp of Honey in the morning, lots of water befor bed and in the morning. The Banana replaces vitamins you lost parting, the Honey burns of any left over alcohol in your stomach, and water is just good for you. Coffee is a mater of taste and the strength of your stomach the morning after.

Drinking a lot of liquids and eating a hearty meal. This will speed up the process to a speedy recovery. After 2hrs i've also jogged it off (and that is painful).

Don't get drunk again please. Your liver will thank you for it. But for now here it is: Drink lots or liquid and eat a meal probably with a hot chicken soup. The reason for this is for you to flush out the alcohol from your body.

feild tested this couple times! take four capsules of milk thistle before you go out drinking and again the next day as soon as you can, with water.
