Im 36 weeks pregnant and bent over the other day and heard two loud pops, they werent very painful. I noticed the other day something is poking out between my ribs, like under the sternum. It feels like a bruise, not too painful. Any ideas on what this is?

there is a possiblity that the stress of pregnancy has caused a fracture of the little bone at the pointy end of the sternum.
please go to the hospital and get checked out immediately!

Sounds like a hernia of some sort, but the pops are concerning. When things happen and you are pregnant, do not delay, do not hesitate, go to the doctor now.

Sounds like you broke a rib or something... Go see a doctor, a broken rib could perforate a lung.
