If you work for Xerox directly, you're going to make a decent salary, probably well into the $40-$50,000 range with excellent benefits. Unfortunately I doubt that Xerox hires too many people directly anymore. They usually contract out the work and pay far less with minimal benefits.

It does depend on who you work for and how much experience you have. Good technicians can usually find decent paying work pretty easily.
