I have a double major in both finance and econ and have 2 years of accounting/consulting experience. what types of jobs can i expect to find in europe/italy, if any?

I would consider working as a civilian for the Dept. of Defense.

Well, you don't say if you speak Italian. If you speak excellent Italian you can basically work anywhere....especially considering you are a college graduate. Of course, if you don't speak Italian or have very poor Italian skills it's going to be difficult. If your Italian isn't that good you could teach English.
