your an idiot if you think that. Yes they were called Spartans or Lacedaemons but they had clothes and they were not gay. Gay now and then was different. There were women in Sparta too. How would you explain Leonidas's wife Queen Gorgo a women.

Actually, you are right. There was a lot of male friendship (and gay relationships) in the Spartan society. Much more than the other Greek societies.
