Please can you help me on the matter?
when i try to use the computer doen't recoginezed the type of hardware

Update your USB driver and make sure your Flash Drive is in a File System that your OS can recognize.
To Update your USB driver, go to My Computer > Control Panel > Add New Hardware

First, I would suggest you copy all of the information on the jumpdrive into a backup folder on you laptop.
Next, from my computer, right click on the jumpdrive and choose format.
Copy the information back onto your jumpdrive
When removing the jumpdrive (flashdrive) from your computer, you should always click on the green arrow icon in the bottom right-hand tray and stop the device before removing it from the computer. (another way is to go to my computer, right click on the usb device, and eject.
Failing to do so can result in corruption of the information.
