not in NY or anywhere else that i am aware of DUI is very very bad top of the list bad
don't be surprised if you can never get CDL again
in NY they take it away and you don't get it back until they judge says so could be never

Not until found guilty. Your Innocent until found guilty. Get ready for a lot of money out of your pocket. I've had two in my life. I don't get them any more. I think your considered guilty until you spend money to prove your innocent. But no ****, drinking and driving ain't good.

Not sure about your state, but in Vermont the police take your license from you when they stop you for the DWI. You would be driving without a license after that.
