on behalf off my close friend i am sending this.my pal
is struggling to take a firm decission in his life to so i let u put here his problem please provide him the best way to come out of the situation.
as he have completed his masters in computers around two and half years back,he struggled to get oppertunity in software field..but finally he got placed in a reputed s/w company 6 months back as a s/w engineer on java technology(he is familier with theorotical knowledge in java,he didn't have project/technical experience)..unfortuantely due to sever family problems he couldn't turn up to office last 3 months...please tell us how to get the project expericne(if he is going to quit the present office)is there any company or institue that offers java project in bangalore so that he will learn with that and he will try his best to get settled....so please can any one kindly provide the companies or instutes that provide proejct kind of experience in bangalore.

If he's having trouble finding a job, he should take another job and do volunteer work to get the project experience. It'll look good to his next employer.

Unfortunately many companies don't care about school experience and want real world experience. If he can't get it on the job, he can use other resources to learn enough to get an entry level position. That's what he should do.
