If I get my masters in school counseling and i get certified/licensed in guidance counselor...would i also eventually be able to get a license/certif...for school principal or do i have to get a whole other masters degree along with the 2nd certification.....?

You'll still need to get a supervisory certificate, though not a second master's.

To be a principal is to have a leading skill in the school. It will take a lot more than a master's degree to succeed. Look at your question and details for the start, if you could be any students or teachers leader for English.

You can be a principal that way, and you'll also need the years of experience before being a principal.
