Start >>>settings>>>control panel >>> Administrative tool>>> Computer management ....there u can get anything abt ur comp

Go to start -programs-accessories- entertainment-volume control unchecked and boxes. If this does not work go to control panel - click on the sound icon. Make sure you have your speakers are plug in the right place if you have unplugged it be for this problem.

I just learned this myself. There should be an icon on the bottom of your screen that looks like a horn. Click on that. Val from Michigan.
