CONGRATS ON YOUR PREGNANCY!

Ya know... I was on the phone a few weeks ago when i got this GAWD AWFUL CRAMP in my a33hole. All i could do was shriek and then when the pain went by i was able to tell them why i was in pain... of course it was followed by laughter and them telling me the child was already being a pain in the a33. *rolls eyes*

When i talked to my OB she told me it could be from a few things. Like now at 24 weeks, even though my uterus has risen above the pelvic wall, i can still feel DD tapping or kicking down there sometimes. It could have been from her pushing against a muscle or nosing around in one area too long.

Also i have been faced with HORRID constipation (sorry, tmi) so the straining from that may have helped with the extra puckering and tightening. (i mean i could not even stand up. i had to roll off the couch and try to relax -- hard i know)

And as much as i hate it... what has helped me was a little bit of yoga or just plan old stretching. With your 5 blessings, you know its the best thing you can do is to keep your muscles loose and limber getting ready for the big day.

You can try some luke warm baths to try and help relax you. And sucker HD into a massage or two each week. Tell him each pain in your a33 will be an addition pain in his ;)

Congrats and good luck! here is hoping a good healthy pregnancy to you!

Hi there! This has never happened to me but if you go to: http://boards.webmd.com/webx?50@@.5987f45a and post this message there you will probably find more answers and or information on this. I used it throughout my whole pregnancy. There are even Dr's that answer also. I would really talk to your Dr and not the nurse. Also you can visit http://www.acg.gi.org/patients/women/rectal.asp?mode=print& and see if any of these symptoms relate to you and try to find an answer. Sorry I couldn't help more. Good Luck
