Every time I log onto Y/A, when I look at the clock I have lost hours of time and I wonder "why oh why am I wasting my life on here! Why is it so difficult to log off"

I work at FedEx, here in Indianapolis. I've been working there for three years, so far, and I find I tend to drive the same way all the time. So it becomes so rutine that, sometimes I do wonder if I even drove anywhere at all. It boggles my mind because I don't even remember stopping at the stop signs, driving down certain roads. Another thing which I think about a lot is: I leave the house and I'm driving. Sometimes I wonder if I was even there. Soon I am at work, and I wonder about the drive. Then when I get to work, it goes by and we are done. Then I find myself aware of the drive home; it is almost as if I never was at work at all. I have the experience of it in my mind, but now it is done and over with--for that day at least.
So I guess, when I think about it... or when I look at it really... I do find myself loosing time (so to speak). But then if we really look at it, time doesn't really exist the way we think it does. And it really is all in the mind. I mean when I'm at work and I'm having fun, talking with my co-workers, and getting the job done, the time seems to fly. When you have to give a speech, a minute seems like an hour. Well, enough rambling... I'm not sure if that is what you're talking about. Something is telling me, though, you might be talking about literally where large blocks of time seem to vanish from your experience. My spirit guide says it really is all the same thing. Thanks--Love and Light.

HI
When I am deep in thought or preoccuppied with a problem time doesn't exist and when I bring myself back to reality I realizr how much time I have wasted stressing.
