Look If U Can Help Out A Fellow Being.. Despite Their Skin Color.... DO SO!!!!.... I Always Feel Good " Giving Back"..... And I Notice That You Use The Term "Them" or "They"...........???? Not Only That But U Continue To Belittle Ur Race Through Out The Paragraph.... I Say This... Climb To The Top.... Make Lots Of Money... Do What Makes You Happy... Just Dont Forget About Who U ARE!!! Cuz Obviously Thats Already Slipped Ur Mind...You Aren't Obligated To Anyone.... Especially If They Didn't Lend A Helping Hand Themselves. So Live On...

I read this with mixed feelings....
But I have to say, you've a point... you never hear about any white athlete or a celebrity being beaten down for the fact that he/she is not helping the community where they grew up in, while you hear that about black famous people all the time.
I personally don't think anybody - regardless of color, nationality, religion.... whatever - owes anything to the community they grew up in, and they should not be constantly harrassed for money. If they feel like they want to give, fine, good for them, if not, it's nobody's business.

I think everyone should just worry about themselves until they can get their lives in order. No matter what your color is. And when you have your life where it wants to be, then start helping people. You can help others until you help yourself. If you keep helping everyone else, when will there be time for you? And when you do finally get your life in order, dont just help your race, help everyone. Volunteer, clean up the streets, if you can make the world a better place.

You should care about others, no matter the skin color or cultural background of a person. And for the record, people of all cultural backgrounds help out their community. It's not about ethnicity, it's about wanting to live happy in a safe, clean, pleasant neighborhood. And while you should be helping your community, no one ever said that you shouldn't take care of your and your family. Try making wiser decisions, and maybe you won't get "burned".

The main blacks asking for help and saying,"you need to give back to the community" are the ones who are too lazy to get up make good out of their lives for them selves! "Help a brotha out." Help your damn self out because it is not impossible.
Im going to help out the black community out by showing the rest of the world what the black community has to offer, by me prospering, and representing the black race in a positive way.
I am indirectly helping the black culture prosper, and I think that is the best way to do so!

Aren't you the same one that asked that question yesterday about how you're embarrassed when blacks come up to you when you are with you Caucasian friends and call you brotha and so forth? What is your problem. It sounds to me that you think you are better then most black people because you have your little Caucasian friends. News Flash, when it comes push and shove, you will be the first one SHOVED!!! Get my drift. Don't fool yourself my brotha.

You should care about your fellow man, regardless of color. That being said, it is not your responsibility to help every black friend you have to "get out of the trailor park".

everyone should help everyone else out but this don't mean with cash. there are people in all communities who have this help a guy out thing going, most of them are just bums who try and drag down the dudes who are doing better than them. they know they could be doing better but can't get it together. Respect from bums means nothing if you don't respect yourself.
