in the refigerator?? I always did, but someone pointed out to me that it doesn't say to refigerate on the bottle. What was I thinking?? And do I need counselling because of this??

Yes . I keep it in the fridge.It can spoil if it gets too warm. Infact my bottle of Heinz says for best results refrigerate after opening. And why would they make fridge door fit bottles if they aren't suppose to be put in the fridge....counseling over ketchup???

my ketchup is in the refrigerator right now, should I go take it out? Why can't we keep it there? :( This makes me sad. I think I need counseling as well.

I always keep my ketchup in the refrigerator, but only when opened, and it's never hurt my family when we forget the put it back in for a couple of days(yeah, we're slobs).

For generations my family has kept the ketchup in the refrigerator. maybe more room in the fridge than on the cabinet...I don't know why.

I do keep it in the fridge, if the bottle has been opened. New, unopened bottles are stored in the cupboard.
