I have a Mikomi 513/384B mp3 player. I cant load music from my pc. Do I need a software disc or program?

This mp3 is my friends and seems very differeny from my own. The pc knows the mp3 is there, but after trying to load music from an mp3 disc, it shows a delay write error and is causing errors for other operations on my pc.

Yea, you might need the Mp3 players companies Software used for transfering music. If you go on there website and click Help they should have a download section and they'll usually have the software there Mp3 player requires to do all the things with it.
