I forgot to mention that these are people I meet outside the net not online. I would never give my cell number to anyone in here.

Unfortunately a lot of people online are willing to give out their phone numbers easily.

Seriously? Where exactly are you meeting these peeps? Guys of gals? Perhaps it's a bit keen after just a few passing words, but it's almost a relief now that online dating via myspace and the like is taking over the world of at least young peep dating. Relish it!

Be very careful about giving out your cell number. There are a lot of sickos out there waiting to take advantage of people. I got myself a free private voice mail number in which people can leave messages and I can screen calls. It works just fine.

Fo sho. People really don't even use paper any more. We exchange cell phones and put it in contacts. So there's no excuse to call can't say you it b cuz a cellphone is treasured now-a-days.

it might be but then again they just might wanna hear their phone ring cause they dont have friends or something like that. So they feel lonely and wanna have someone call just so that they can feel special. But you never know, they just might be trying to give you their number....

may be they felt comfortable after having a chat with u... so they might have felt to continue.... having a conversation is not a bad thing but be sure tat the person with whom u r having a conversation is worthy of having it..

if you feel like not giving it to them then dont, in my case i always ask them why, if they want to get your no. try to get theirs instead and tell them that you will just call them, that is actually my excuse.

that is the beginning of stalking. when they have your phone number you'll get calls all hours of the night. let's see how you'll deal with that one.

befor you evan talk to them you should ask for girls to talk to or married guys so that wont happen
