if i set my draft lineup- will anyone in the league know?

If you mean your ranking of players, no. If you mean as commissioner, setting the draft order of the teams, yes, because it shows up on the league home page.

If you are talking about Yahoo Sports: Yes, they will know. You'll find on the main league page, under "transactions" (middle of the page, 2/3 of the way down) that it will list any time the commissioner makes any adjustments. It will say: "Old Draft Order Changed to New Order"
