My good friend, you're obviously a first grader in Maths, and need a basic advice in handling simple equations. In your equation I = P*R*T you can always make any of the four variables the "subject" of the equation by division or multiplication. By "subject" is meant that that variable stands alone on one side (normally the left side), while all other variables stand on the other side.
For example, to make R the subject in your equation, you need to get rid of both P and T on the right side of the equation. You achieve this by DIVIDING both sides of the equation by P and T, as follows:
I = P * T * R ............1) original equation
I/(P *T) = R ..............2), equation after division by P*T of both sides
Or, R = I / (P * T) .............3) after rewriting equation
Use this line of reasoning to find answers to your other questions for yourself. It's the best way to learn anything, i.e by reasoning rather than trying to learn by rote.

Question 1
You want to get R by itself so divide both sides by PT.
I / PT = PRT / PT
I / PT = R
R = I / PT
The correct answer is C.

Question 2
You want to get t by itself so divide both sides by PR.
I / PR = PRT / PR
I / PR = T
T = I / PR
The correct answer is B.
