It was on 15th of this month, when I touched her vulva with my fingers ( which were some minutes before I touched her vulva covered with pre ejaculate ***, but when inserted were dry because I wiped it off ). She had her regular periods this month on 23rd. Is there chance she is pregnant ?

id say no. but still a chance.could always get a HPT. and if your worried about getting her pregnant i wouldnt stick your fingers down where their was pre ***. or how about keep your penis in its cage. and you wont have to worry

The right way to find out is to use a good pregnancy test kit. That's what the gynaec will tell you as well. These are commercially available at any pharmacist's shop nearby.
Avoid jumping to conclusions and using some preconcieved notions based on the wetness of fingers etc.

Of course it is possible, but unlikely. Very unlikely.
Note: if you are that paranoid about pregnancy I suggest using birth control. Wiping off doesn't work. There are so many type of birth control available that there is seldomly an excuse for an unwanted/unintentional pregnancy.

read some books, make yourself more educated about sex BEFORE you go out and try it out. if she had a regular period, then chances are she is not pregnant. if you are still worried, go out and buy her a pregnancy test.
